Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of BusCall, operated by Cumberland Coast LLC (“we”). By creating an account or using a tour you agree to them.

The service. BusCall is software for planning and running tours: schedules, crew, guest lists, hotels, deal terms, settlements, per diems and expenses, with AI features that read and draft from that information.

Your account. Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens under it. Give tour access only to people who should have it.

Your data. The information you enter belongs to you or to the artist and company you work for. You can export it in full at any time. We will not sell it. Road Notes you post are shared with other BusCall users and will not be resold or licensed outside BusCall without your opt-in.

AI features. AI output is a draft and a check, not a decision. Settlement math is shown step by step so you can verify it. You are responsible for the numbers you sign.

Acceptable use. Do not use BusCall to store data you have no right to hold, to harass anyone, or to attempt access to tours that are not yours.

Plans and payment. Plans are per tour, billed monthly during the touring window. Prices and limits are on the pricing page. We will give notice before any change.

Availability. We aim for BusCall to be available whenever you need it and keep backups, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Export your data before relying on it for a settlement you cannot reconstruct.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Ending service. You can stop at any time and ask for deletion. We can suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.
